ColorBOARD
The ColorBOARD color management system is available in wall mount, rail mount or cart mount. You simply supply the compressed air and the powder guns and the ColorBOARD does the rest. Color changes can now be done in under 30 seconds, in four easy steps…
- Disconnect the powder feed hose from the previous color
- Clean out the powder hose/powder gun with the blow down hose provided
- Reattach the powder feed hose to the upcoming color via our exclusive quick couplers
- Move both tubes of control air to the upcoming color via quick disconnects
Less time changing colors = more time spent powder coating!!!
Standard Features include:
- One air input point – hook up your shop supplied air and the ColorBOARD does the rest. There are two pneumatic outputs for powder guns, one pneumatic output for a supplied blow down hose and six individually controlled fluidizing outputs.
- Two “Grounding” hookup points – Earth Ground is attached to one of the hookup points which grounds the ColorBOARD. This allows you to easily ground your powder guns as well as up to six hoppers.
- The ColorBOARD’s hinged front panel allows easy accessibility to its interior for maintenance, etc.
- Should you have a need for additional colors you can effectively “chain” more ColorBOARDS together allowing for 12, 18, etc.
Available Options:
- Hopper Cart – this moveable cart provides mounting for the ColorBOARD along with two powder guns/controls and an area for up to 6) 50# hoppers. The removable panels keep the hoses neatly tucked away, yet allow for easy accessibility.
- VBF Cart – the same cart as above only with 2) Vibratory Box Feeders to allow for quick use of the boxes as well as preconditioned powder in 4) hoppers.
- Powder Guns – we can offer our customers a complete package including NEW powder application guns to be used with the ColorBOARD. We are also proud to offer USED equipment on an “availability only” basis.
- Hoppers – hoppers can be supplied for use with the ColorBOARD and are available in 10#, 15#, 35# & 50# sizes to fit virtually any budget or application need. Hoppers are available with our own “Universal” powder pump mounts allowing the same mount for virtually any of the accepted powder pumps on the market today.
